netgirl_y2kI read somewhere that it's a good idea, when you're just getting into writing in a new fandom, to start with teeny-tiny little fics. Thus, a meme, using GoT/ASOIAF characters.
1. Write down the names of 10 characters.
2. Write a fic of twenty words or less for every prompt, using the characters determined by the numbers. Do NOT read the prompts before you do step 1.

2. Daenerys Targaryen
3. Jaime Lannister
4. Robb Stark
5. Jon Snow
6. Arianne Martell
7. Myrcella Baratheon
8. Brienne of Tarth
9. Asha Greyjoy

1. Last kiss, 1 and 9 (Sansa and Asha)
Asha kneels, kisses Sansa's hand, and says, "I yield the Iron Isles to the Queen in the North."
2. Dream, 4 (Robb)
Robb dreams that his marriage to a Frey girl will end in blood and tears; he meets Jeyne Westerling.
3. Threesome, 2, 5, and 6 (Daenerys, Jon, Arianne)
The High Queen, the Queen of Dorne and the King Beyond the Wall are together; only Sansa is missing.
4. Color, 3 and 8 (Jaime and Brienne)
Jaime's lifesblood is still red on Oathkeeper's blade when Brienne offers the sword to Lady Stoneheart as proof.
5. Angst, 7 and 10 (Myrcella and Arya)
They die in obscurity, the princesses who weren't.
6. End, 5 (Jon)
In the end, Jon will be remembered only as the Lord Commander who let the Wall fall.
7. Rule, 4 and 8 (Robb and Brienne)
She wonders sometimes, if she could have served under Robb's rule, been his knight as she was Renly's, it's foolish.
8. Explode, 1 and 2 (Sansa and Daenerys)
Sansa stands at Daenerys' right hand as King's Landing burns. She's not sorry, she's not.
9. AU, 3 and 9 (Jaime and Asha)
"If it's any consolation, Lady Greyjoy, my father didn't take my feelings regarding this marriage into account either."
10. Alone, 6 (Arianne)
The Mummer's Dragon, Arianne remembers Daenerys' warning on the eve of her marriage, and feels so alone.
