My mum got out of hospital and I am ensconced back in my teenaged bedroom, and it looks like I'll be here for two months at a minimum.
The good: I found a ten pound note and a half full bottle of Jack Daniels in a sock drawer.
The bad: I still can't get past the bit on Gears of War that I was stuck on twenty years ago. Also they may have found something Scary when mum was in hospital, but we won't know for sure until some test results come in, but we are very much Not Thinking About That.
Anyway.

rarefemslashexchange after already having asked for an extension. A dick move, I know, but...*gestures to everything* which made me feel sort of guilty and squirmy about the fact that I got a freakin' awesome gift. But that's a me thing, and it is, as mentioned A FREAKIN' AWESOME GIFT!
