I had just gotten into the habit of posting only to the AO3 and linking here when the Avengers exploded and the servers went boom, and I went... uh, maybe that was a less than great idea.
Don't get me wrong, there are many things about the AO3 I still want to make-out with (Kudos! The uploading system!) but I think after recent events we're all starting to realise that we'd been perhaps a tad optimistic regarding the archive's robustness and longevity.
I don't know, I need a new system, or a fandom that doesn't so heavily favour locked fic comms, grrr...
