A side effect of not having worked for a year is that I've just had a full blown panic attack at the thought of starting this temp job tomorrow. Vomiting, hyperventilating the whole shebang.

Calm yourself, woman. It'll be fine. It's nothing you haven't done before.

Am hoping typing this will enable me to relax and go to sleep.
