Everyone enjoying living in the worst possible timeline? No, me either.

Books

Notes on an Execution - Danya Kukafta - A novel about a death row inmate whose seriously overinflated opinion of himself is punctured by the POVs of his mother, the sister of the wife he murdered, and the policewoman who caught him, revealing him as another small, sad man who thought hurting women made him interesting. Tough going in places, but I really thought it was good.

Films

Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness - My potentially unpopular opinion here is that I don't think Wanda was out of character after WandaVision - except for the bit where she wanted to kill America rather than just forcing her to use her powers, but even that felt like one of those ooc things you kind of have to roll with for the sake of the movie not being fifteen minutes long. If WandaVision was Wanda from her own perspective, Multiverse of Madness is Wanda from the perspective of the people she hurts.

Also, movie, if you were trying to bait me into wanting more live action Captain Carter, then, congrats, you caught me.

Telly

Obi-Wan Kenobi - Little Leia was delightful, I want to see what Reva does next, and more shows should be a tight six episodes, but my God, this is so much Star Wars.
