Yeah, to my mind Unseen Academicals, if not, I shall Wear Midnight, is the last "proper" Discworld book. After that-- the reason for the change in tone and decline in quality in obvious, and tragic, and outwith anyone's control. And of course complaining about it would be a dick move, but it does make me unutterably sad.
Though I don't think I'd reread Feet of Clay, and now Men at Arms since I first read them many years ago (prior rereads have inexplicably skipped from Gurds! Guards! to Jingo) so I am getting much joy out of them.
