I finally got around to Raising Steam a few weeks ago. Read the first few pages, decided I needed to reread Snuff first, and wound up doing Unseen Academicals as well just because. Raising Steam read like a rough draft to me -- a lot of the subtlety and execution of the books in the prime of the series just wasn't there. Unseen Academicals was a proper Discworld book, and Snuff had its good points (though it was a very grimdark book, and is starting to feel like Pratchett frantically throwing ideas onto the page for how he expects things to go for his characters in the future years he won't be around to write for them), but Raising Steam felt like shoddy fanfic. (The Watch books, yes -- those and the Lancre witch books are my favorites and the ones I reread the most.)
And I have not read any of the books in your main post, but I added three to my Amazon wishlist. (The Scott Lynch book mainly out of a sense of completism -- at some point I'll be in the mood to revisit the Gentleman Bastards and reread the first two before going on to the third.)
