Olivia Colman has a great face! I totally agree about the National Treasure argument - the first actress in this role is going to have to have a lifetime of STFU behind her to deal with it, which is why Helen Mirren is high on my list. Indira Varma, too, because although she's younger, she has Who fandom experience.
