Yeah, it's strange how some shows are GIVE ME ALL THE FANWORKS! and others you just glance off or are perfectly happy with what canon gives you.
I wonder if it's a timing issue with Teen Wolf, lots of people coming out of Merlin and Supernatural and looking for the next big slashy thing, but not clicking with the Avengers for whatever reason.
