This is so wonderful! I love the way you've dealt with the whole emotional blow-up of the situation, and Morgana's characterization, and the dark humour.

Morgana laughed darkly. “If nothing else, that night I got drunk at the office party and declared my undying love for you just before Arthur announced your engagement is no longer the most mortifying experience of my life.”

That line, and Arthur's inappropriate joking, and Morgana succeeding at freaking Uther out the one time she isn't trying... I have no words. ♥
