Suspect Jorah only gets given Bear Island back A) if Dany has forgiven him by the time she takes the Iron Throne and B) if he doesn't earn her forgiveness by dying in her service. (Interesting story idea: If she comes into Westeros through the north and winds up allying with the Mormount women on the way.)
